FujiHisense 2022 Dolby Atmos Soundbar
The latest soundbar from Hisense offers good bang for buck in the middle price range. It’s built for next-gen gaming, with Dolby Atmos support. Including the 180W wireless sub – which is always a big benefit – there’s 12 speakers in this beast. They deliver a solid 510W in sound overall. Importantly, it’s got 4K passthrough, which means you can plug your console straight into it to get the best sound experience. The Eilex PRISIM AI that runs it actively fixes up alignment errors between the sound and the picture, too. Impressive sound bar.
LG Tone Free FP9 earbuds
Connecting via Bluetooth to whatever device you’re using, the latest entry in the LG Tone Free range has a neat feature. The carry case has a special UV light in it that kills bacteria. So, if you share it with friends, or have an ear infection, and bugs won’t live for long. The carry case also acts as a receiver, so you can plug into a device like an Xbox controller via a headphone jack and send a signal wirelessly. They fit snuggly, are sweatproof and offer impressive sound. And have active noise cancellation, so you can use it in all environments. It even has three mics for phone and up to 10-hours of battery life.
Moochies Connect Watch
This smartwatch is specifically designed for kids but has plenty of features your parents will like, too. It’s got the ability to count steps, take photos, send text and voice messages, and make calls. But it also has GPS tracking and an emergency button, so if you’re ever in trouble you can tap it and your parents will not only know you need help, but where you are. It’s waterproof, too, and has a class mode so you don’t get in trouble at school. The only bummer is you need to use the in-built Sim on plan that costs at least $15/month to get the features.
